Greetings.

Today brings a elemental battlestaves, changes to the banking system, changes to the teleport menu and various other things.


Elemental Battlestaves

You are now able to create elemental battlestaves to gain some nice Magic and Crafting XP. The process from start to finish is more or less the same as RuneScape but collecting the resources is different.

Creating Unpowered Orbs

For those who don't already know, you'll need a bucket of sand and soda ash. You can fill sand into a normal bucket going to the sandpit located at the farming area and filling them up.
The soda ash can be made by cooking seaweed, which can be obtained by picking them up around Catherby and Karamja.

Once those have been collected, use each on a furnace to create molten glass. This can then be used with a glassblowing pipe (purchased from the General store) to create unpowered orbs.

Creating unpowered orbs requires a Crafting level of 52.

Collecting battlestaves

Normal battlestaves can be purchased from the Magic shop at home.

Refer to the table below for more information on enchanting the orbs.



You can then use each enchanted orb with a normal battlestaff to create the elemental battlestaff along with earning some Crafting XP.


Interface Changes

We've made some major changes to the teleport menu interface in this update. All of emote tab teleports prior to this update have been removed from the emote tab and moved over into a new tab located in the bottom right corner of the gameframe. You'll be able to see everything at a glance still just like the emote tab without needing to scroll down.
Doing this allowed us to implement all emotes into the emote tab and have updated the interface accordingly for everybody to use.

Secondly, we've made a change to the Player Options menu. Some of the features in there tended to be pointless and didn't have much use, such as the sound scroll. We've decided to remove all the content in there and redesign it to a more suitable look. You'll find some new features in there such as XP lock, as well as removing roofs from the game if that's how you prefer to play.

Some of the buttons in there are still in the works and aren't available to use yet. Rest assured, they will be filled up eventually.

Finally, we've changed the bank interface so that now you are able to search for your bank items as well as insert all items in your inventory easily and efficiently. The system however hasn't changed, and spots will not be 'filled' and move backwards as you withdraw items (some of you were asking about that).




In Other News...

December is among us.. and it's starting to get a bit cold in CreativeScape!
The Christmas event is being 'planned' but development is not underway yet until we have it planned out. Development will most likely start sometime within the next 3 to 4 four days in time for a release a few days to week before Christmas.
Users are no longer able to teleport through wilderness obelisks if they are teleblocked.
Some Fletching XP/Levels have been corrected to what they should be.
If you are in a trade and the trade tab under the chatbox is selected, you will now only be able to see the chat from the player you're trading with.
Yell now has its own toggle-able tab and can be enabled/disabled through the menu underneath the chatbox.
The bug which caused a user to only be able to see 1 single item when attempting to loot their items after death should now be fixed.

Hey guys, recently we have just released the Party Room - a great way for players to have fun
With the recent addition of the Party Room, here's what to expect:

-Updating Chest - (When an item is dropped - Chest manually updates)
-3 minutes after the items have been dropped or 150 balloon dropping cycles, items will spawn for everyone in the room
-User cannot deposit more than 8 Items at a time
-Once the item is deposited: there is no way of getting the item back until it's dropped.
-As you pull the lever, you are faced with two options: Start Party / Spawn Dancers

Hello everyone!
Recently have we updated our funpk system! Fun Pk now has a single and a multiway combat zone. When teleporting using the teleport tab, you will be presented with an option to go to either single or multiway combat. The ::funpk command will still send you to the multi zone for ease of use.



We also have added Crystal keys in-game. All Npc’s 40cb+. The Crystal chest is on it’s way to be brought to us aswell with many rewards inside!

Hi everyone, Some small updates to the game today.

• The Crystal chest has been added into the game - you can find it behind Bob in Falador.
  
• You can now 'withdraw all but 1' items from banks.
  
• The 'withdraw-x' feature now saves so you can withdraw the same amount more easily.
  
• Map icons have been added which you'll find scattered over important areas in the world.
  
• The in-game staff list now separates staff members into the moderator groups they're in.
  
• You can now move the camera by holding the middle-mouse button down and moving it around.
  
• Your total in-game XP counter is now displayed in the skill tab.
  
• The timer that restricts you from hitting other players immediately after eating food has been decreased.
  
• You can now right click on ring of recoils to check their charges left in both the inventory and the equipment menu.
  

Misc Bug Fixes

• Making unpowered orbs now works first time and also includes a make-all option.
  
• The bug which sent random empty chat messages whilst trading has been fixed.
  
• Firecapes now add to your inventory and never get dropped after defeating jad.

Hello everyone,

We've been stuffed with alot of updates recently!

The rogue set has been added to the store.
The golden needle has been added to the store
The needle gives a 7% xp bonus as with all gold items
It also has a 1/50 chance of not using any hides while making an item
You can now make canoes at the canoe station east of Edgeville (over the bridge) to take you to the level 37 wilderness, west of The Adversary.

• Rabbit foot has been added to mboxes. It has 250 uses and a it loses a use every time you receive a nest. The chance of receiving extra nests is the same as lumberjack (does not stack) of around 10%. These nests also have a 10% increase to contain red eggs instead of seeds.
  
• Reset commands have been removed and an item has been added to the vote store for the previous 3 vote tokens. These reset scrolls are tradeable and will reset any skill, not just combat.
  
• For premium members, Party Pete now sells a bank upgrade scroll for 10m each. This gives an extra 10 slots to your bank, up to a limit of + 140 slots.
  
• Super combats can now be made by using eggs on potions aswell as potions on potions.
  
• Some skill interfaces have been updated to show the newer additions to the game. These are being updated over time.
  
• Potions now show their ingredients on the herblore page.
  
• A bug with the rockcake that caused you to take damage with a ring of recoil has been fixed.
  
• Player chatboxes should no longer miss out messages if you type too quickly.
  
• The "Game" option now has an off toggle.
  
• Missing requirements on several items have been fixed.
  
• The sickness now requires a defence level of 20 to use.
  
• The ignore list should save and send on login.
  
• HP now refills after every level up instead of just giving you +1hp.
  
• Equipping a weapon will no longer close the stat screen.
  
• Jad/other NPCs being invisible should now be fixed.
  
• The 1 step rule when teleporting in the wilderness has been removed and replaced by a 5 second timer. Now you can be attacked and teleport out if you make a mistake.
  
• The "Castle" teleport (dangerous) has been renamed to "Dark PK"
  
• PMs will no longer be sent if someone is on your ignore list or your PM is off/friends. This means tab to reply should only reply to the last message you can read.
  
• There are also huge changes in the works with regards to combat being tested on the beta atm for balance. These updates will make pking a lot better and make fights require more skill than pure numbers when fighting.
